Connection Before Correction — CPD Bundle (Face-to-Face + Teams)

I made this because too many INSETs say “connection before correction” and then immediately crack on correcting. This is the version I wish I’d had: simple, editable, and full of things you can actually say on Monday.

• Yes, there might be pushback on a few slides. Good. The notes tell you what to say when that happens.
• No rainbows, no Comic Sans. Just stuff that works.
